bought coleen nolans dance dvd today and tried it out. was really gud i was sweating and feel stiff already but its not a killing work out and as am so unfit i was shocked i could last the whole dvd.
am going to do it 3 times a week.
have achieved my goals for this week drank loads water(mixed with fruit juice). used my dumb bells and did fast start 22 points. am so scared for the scales tues i really hope it pays off. But am due period next week and normally sts the week before. but i can only hope.
