SOOO HAPPY WITH MY NSV'S.

Well seems like the good weather and the lack of layers of clothes i am wearing seems to be working on the compliment side of things!!!.
am just getting so many compliments the past week or so i find it mad.
well started last week when hubby didnt no was me coming towards him!!!.
in work everyone is talking bout me saying how amazing i look and how i have a lovely shape now(rather than been just round before).
and went doc yesterday and she said to me ru still losing weight cause i look so much smaller than last time. i was over the moon as didnt expect her notice as am new patient only saw her twice and last time was oct. so feel sooo gud and been walking home from work a couple times a week i think is almost 2 miles not sure.
so hopefully scales be ok next week!!

OMG I GOT MY 50LBS WOHOO!!!

I cant believe it i have lost 3lbs today bringing me grand total loss of 50lbs!!!. i just cant believe it i had hold in my tears at wi after feeling so down bout gaining and didnt no why this makes it all worthwhile.
only thing is i now am bang on 50lbs loss which means no room for slipping up next week. had to tell class what has kept me going this time and not giving up. i said the monthly pass as no i paid and gota go. but also my leader, my husband and all the people on ww board and my blog.
my leader is fab really is i going get her a thank u card for supporting me. hubby promised me £50 when i lost 50lbs was guna buy clothes but now i decided as clothes dont fit for long have decided to buy a charm bracelet so can look at it and remember how i got it.
o my wedding ring fell off in work could believe it i used to have to take it off with soap and water amazing how weight loss can change that.
so my next goal is 1.5lbs to get into the 16stone range my hubby never been with me at that weight so be mad.

HOLDING BACK MY TEARS

was totally devasted at this weeks wi i had gained half a pound. ok i know its not a huge amount but at end of day i didnt do anything wrong to gain this. i had no easter eggs or alcohol. and we went to Whitby with the inlaws and they had chips i had chicken and mushroom pannini with no cheese or anything!!.
was so close to tears at the meeting but Lorna(leader)spoke to me at the class and said cud be cause was not eating filling foods and using more points on snack foods.
just feel i forever chasing my 50lbs loss and just never guna get there.
now finding it so hard to motivate myself had mcdonalds on tues and then steak and chips and peppercorn sauce yesterday. but walked home from work yesterday and today so hopefully might help.
just dont know how i will cope if put on again. this is just getting so hard for me

wohoo back on track (wi)

well after a nail biting day waiting for wi as just didnt know how to cope with another gain. i finally managed to lose 2lbs bringing total of 47.5lbs. mustve been the walking home from work twice and standing all day at Aintree!!.
So i really really really want to get to my 50lbs mark in the next 2 weeks i dont wannabe in the 40lbs mark anymore!!.

So my mini goals are 1.5lbs for my next silver bringing my to 3.stone
2.5lbs for my 50lbs cert
5lbs to get into 16stone.
So really need concentrate and get these targets by middle may hopefully.

ANOTHER GAIN

not gud results for tues wi. I put on 1.5lbs wsant sure what to expext with the scales as had huge loss last week and thought wud put on. then on tues i had major blow out.
Been in ww 8 months and this was the worst months results for me. I normally lose approx 7lbs a month last month(march) i lost about 3lbs in total i think. cause i put on more than i lost i think this month. but had a lot on with my family been over, my birthday, trip leeds, ann summers party and anniversary so hopefully i will have better results this week.
walked home from work twice this week about (2miles) and been trying walk bit each day.
